Cavanaugh Design Group will customize our Scope of Services to meet your specific interior design needs. Though interior design for coastal homes as well as unique, difficult and small spaces are our specialty, we welcome any opportunity to create original designs.

For our clients, where purchasing by us is involved, we are often able to offer below-retail pricing on furnishings, products and accessories, as well as access to many top name brands prior to public release.

Consult

Consultation-only services are designed for the client who would like professional input on interior style, color and use of space to include:

• One 2 hour site visit
• One 20 minute initial phone consultation

Accessorizing

Consultation and accessorizing services are designed for the client who has their core pieces and understands the general direction in which they would like to take their room. We help pull it all together with accessories to include:

• Up to 6 hours of design/sourcing time
• Up to 3 site visits
• 2 hours phone time
• 1 20 minute initial consultation
• Includes installation visit

Concept

The value and personality of a room is in what it is rather than what it isn't. Concept services are designed for the client who needs an overall cohesive concept for their room (think: vision, direction and style). We develop a concept, to help direct the choices for the space, to include:

• Up to 12 hours of design time
• Up to 3 site visits
• 2 hours phone time
• 1 20 minute initial consultation

Concept for 1 room to include suggestions for:

• Furniture
• Fixtures and equipment
• Window coverings
• Wall treatment/coverings
• Color palette
• Accessories
• Design concept furnished via electronic file or client project board

Comprehensive

Comprehensive services are designed for the client whose rooms need start to finish service. From the initial interview, through the development of the design concept to the installation, project coordination and management, along with the finishing touches, we include:

• Up to 50 hours of design time (including sourcing)
• Up to 25 hours of phone time
• Up to 8 site visits
• 1 20 minute initial consultation
• Floorplan (shows from-above vantage point of room including walls, furniture, fixtures, lighting, plants and accessories)
• Elevations (shows standing-in-front-of vantage point of each wall including furniture, wall covering, fixtures, equipment, plants and accessories)
• Design concept furnished via electronic or client project board
• Purchasing services utilizing our trade discount

Project management to include:

• Coordinating vendors, deliveries and installations
• Invoicing and tracking product, fabric, wall and window coverings
• Complimentary removal, when possible, of client's existing furnishing for donation to charity of their choice.

Virtual Design Services

Our Concept services are available virtually via our iDesign program. iDesign is ideal for the client who is comfortable implementing the design concept on their own and at their own pace. The client provides photos and measurements along with a completed, detailed design questionnaire and within 4 to 5 weeks, we provide a Core Design Concept and details needed to implement it.

At any time during the process, if the client would like to enlist our help with Comprehensive design services, we will credit the iDesign package toward those services.
